We believe meaningful work starts with intention, and that the best change happens when strategy, humanity, and design come together.
By day, I'm a Senior Program Manager at Nava, where I currently lead development of a SaaS product for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Before that: nearly twenty years inside federal agencies. GSA. 18F. The State Department. Work that sat at the intersection of strategy, systems, and the people trying to make both of them better.
Fifth Arc Studio is what I built alongside that work: a coaching and consulting practice for people and systems in motion. I've managed portfolios of more than $20 million in digital transformation initiatives, led cross-functional teams through modernization efforts that mattered, and brought a coaching mindset into every room I was in, whether anyone called it that or not.
My coaching training runs through the Treasury Executive Institute. But the real training came earlier: twenty years of watching what actually holds capable people and complex institutions back. It's rarely a skills gap. It's the stories leaders carry about who they are and what they're allowed to want.
What I learned inside government is what I now build a practice around: systems don't change until the people leading them do. Not their strategy first. Their relationship to what's possible, first. That's true of an agency. It's true of a career. It's the same work, wearing two different coats.
I founded Fifth Arc Studio to do that work on my own terms, with intention, depth, and care.
Three commitments that show up the same way whether the room holds one person or a whole institution, because changing a system and changing yourself are the same work, as we see it.
We help you see what's true, what's possible, and what's next, without the noise getting in the way.
We support you in making bold moves with intention and care. Meaningful change takes heart and nerve, both.
We work alongside you, not just for you. The best outcomes come from real partnership, not a handoff.
