Let's talk.

No forms to fill out, no gatekeeping. Just two ways to reach me, and a few honest answers before you do.

Komal Rasheed Get in Touch

Start with a Clarity Call, or just say hello.

A Clarity Call is 30 minutes, free, and not a sales pitch. You tell me where you are. I ask questions you probably haven't asked yourself. You leave with something useful, whether or not we end up working together.

Before You Book

A few honest answers.

Questions people usually have before a first conversation, answered plainly, so the call itself can go straight to what matters.

What actually happens on a Clarity Call?

You tell me what's happening, what you're feeling, what you can't quite figure out. I ask you questions you probably haven't asked yourself. You leave with a clearer read on the situation, a sharper question, or a first step. If working together makes sense after that, we'll talk about what that looks like. If not, you still walk away with something real.

Who do you actually work with?

Senior professionals at a real inflection point, not just a hard week. Leaders navigating a transition they didn't plan for. Teams and public agencies in the middle of transformation that isn't going the way anyone hoped. If you've built something real and are asking what comes next, that's usually the right conversation to have.

What's the difference between the coaching and the consulting?

Consulting starts with a scope we shape together, not one I hand you from outside. At the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, that meant sitting with stakeholders to figure out what a water data discovery engagement actually needed, then bringing together the right team (product, design, engineering, acquisition strategists) to do the work alongside them. That's the shape of consulting: a scope we build together, a team, work that gets done.

Coaching is different, not because it cares less about structure, but because of what the structure is for. It's one on one, and it's built entirely around what you need, which sometimes means bringing in the same strategic thinking that shows up in my consulting work. The difference is where that thinking points. In coaching, it's in service of your own clarity, not a deliverable for an institution. Some clients only ever need one. Some end up needing both, because the two turn out to be more connected than people expect.

Do you only work with people from government or public service?

No. Nearly twenty years inside federal agencies is where the depth comes from, but the work itself (leading through complexity, in institutions that resist change) translates directly to mission-driven organizations and private-sector teams navigating the same kind of hard, slow transformation.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope. Coaching engagements and consulting work are structured differently, and neither is priced off a menu. The Clarity Call is where we figure out what actually fits, and what it would take. No pressure either way.

I'm not ready to book a call yet. Can I just ask a question first?

Yes. hello@fiftharcstudio.com goes straight to me. Send whatever's actually on your mind. You don't need a fully formed question to reach out.

Ready When You Are

No pressure. No script. Just a conversation worth having.
